Building a set of planing forms was my first step to making my first splitcane rod. It was a challenge that I took on instead of purchasing a set of planing forms to prove to myself that I was committed and capable to making classic splitcane rods.
This process was not easy to say the least but I would say that I was gifted to have a lot of input and support from many during the process who had taken the time to assist me along the way.
